Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vajrex Security website, dashboard, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Scope of Services

All security testing services (penetration testing, VAPT, audits) are performed strictly within the written scope agreed in a Statement of Work and/or signed authorization. Testing outside authorized scope or systems is not covered.

Authorization Required

Client confirms it has the legal right and authority to authorize testing on all in-scope systems. Vajrex Security is not liable for testing performed on systems the client was not authorized to include.

Confidentiality

All findings, data, and communications related to an engagement are treated as confidential and covered under a mutual NDA unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Fees are due per the schedule outlined in your Statement of Work. Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing services.

Limitation of Liability

Vajrex Security's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dashboard credentials and for all activity under your account.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
